Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to all HopeSays applications developed by E.S.Yu Studio, including HopeSays AAC, HopeSays Daily, HopeSays Feel, and HopeSays Feel Kids, as well as the HopeSays website.
HopeSays apps are designed as communication and emotional-expression support tools. They are intended for use by individuals, families, caregivers, educators, clinicians, and supporting professionals.
App Data and Local Use
HopeSays apps do not require registration, login, an email address, or account creation. The apps do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information through in-app advertising, analytics, tracking tools, or external servers controlled by E.S.Yu Studio.
Content entered or selected in the apps, including phrases, custom entries, saved preferences, and communication choices, is intended to remain on the device. If a user or supporting adult uses device-level features such as screenshots, sharing, backups, accessibility tools, cloud sync, or app store feedback tools, those actions may be governed by the device, operating system, app store, or third-party service used.
Children’s Privacy
HopeSays apps may be used by or with children under the supervision of adults, including parents, caregivers, educators, clinicians, or other supporting adults.
E.S.Yu Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children through HopeSays apps. Because the apps do not require accounts and do not use in-app advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking tools, they are designed to support privacy-protective use by children and supporting adults.
HopeSays Website
The HopeSays website is intended to provide product information, legal pages, and access links. The website does not intentionally use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools.
